Welcome to The Queen's Head

Welcome to the online home of The Queen's Head near Oswestry. We are a family owned and run Pub Restaurant serving great cask ales, a lovely selection of wines and delicious home made food. We are situated east of Oswestry next to the Montgomery Canal, 200 metres from the A5, and a short drive from Shrewsbury. We are dog friendly in one section of our business and of course outside on our patio area.  if you would like to bring your furry friend do please let us know as inside seating is limited.

We have just introduced a brand new, revamped menu, so please take a look! We hope you will find many dishes to tempt you from British classics like Steak and Mushroom Pie, Fish and Chips and Gammon, to more international classics like our beautiful home-made authentic Spanish Paella, Pastas, Risottos and stonebaked Pizzas. On Sundays we serve a choice of roasts alongside our normal menu. We also have a separate kids menu with child-sized desserts available.

We are open from 12pm on Wednesdays to Sunday 

Our food service hours are:

Wednesday to Saturday 12 noon until 9pm

Sunday 12 noon until 5pm
